Meet the team
We are a small but beautifully formed team here at Swissvax UK, which is run by partners Andrew and Samantha Mearns.
Andrew has been involved in the sale of Swissvax since it first came into the UK as Swizol in 1999. Andrew has a sales background having starting buying and selling his first cars aged 14. He is principally responsible for Swissvax trade sales and the promotion of the Swissvax Paint Protection Programme at car dealerships. Samantha is a partner in the business, and Andrew's wife. A qualified lawyer, Sam works on the retail sales side and is usually to be found manning the till at trade shows. She also oversees the Swissvax Authorised Detailer Scheme and handles all things legal. A petrolhead herself, she knows exactly what she likes (much to Andrew's annoyance) and unlike most women, she professes not to like shopping and shoes!! Sam loves the sun and her idea of heaven is to sit beside a pool and soak up some rays. She can be contacted by email.
Stuart Jackson is our General Manager and has been part of the team since 2006. A qualified accountant, Stuart gets involved in all aspects of Swissvax business. He also helps run our other company, Gmund Cars. So if you would like a car to go with your Swissvax Car Care Products, Stuart is the man. Stuart has recently become a father for the first time and so is currently looking just like this picture! He enjoys fine whiskey and is a sucker for a new gadget (hence the baby!!). Contact Stuart
Samantha Collins (yes - 2 Sam's to add to the confusion) joined us last year to handle the packing and dispatch of orders and general administration. Sam comes from a family of petrolheads (her son is Myles Collins of the Ginetta Junior series) so she understands how passionate you are about your cars. Finally, we have recently been joined by Myles Collins, Sam's son. When he is not racing Junior Ginettas as fast as he can round various race tracks in the UK, Myles is learning the ropes here, from product sales to detailing. As you can imagine, he has a passion for cars and is counting the days until he can trade in his scooter and drive a car for real on the UK's roads. Watch out North Yorkshire!
